Following the great PHUSE Supporter get-together at the US Connect 2022 in Atlanta, I asked myself “Does everyone involved with PHUSE actually know about the Supporter opportunities that exist?”, which led me to writing this blog post.

Have you considered becoming a PHUSE Supporter? Are you asking yourself “What’s in it for me?” and “Why should I support this organisation?” Continue reading for a walkthrough of the benefits you receive by being a PHUSE Supporter.
Before jumping into the benefits, I would like to start by quoting Corporate Vice President Tina Christiansen, summing up what she sees to be the benefits of being a PHUSE Signature Supporter for Novo Nordisk.
“I strongly believe that our Signature sponsorship is of great value to Novo Nordisk. Being part of PHUSE increases our network and our ability to influence industry guidelines. Working Groups and conferences give us valuable insights into state-of-the-art knowledge across the industry and facilitate close dialogue with regulators. Supporter Packages
Today, PHUSE offers three supporter packages, with different levels of influence across three key areas of PHUSE: Events, Input/Thoughts and Advertising.
Looking at the event benefits of being a PHUSE Supporter, you get a 10–20% discount on tickets for the major PHUSE conferences – the US Connect, the Computational Science Symposium and the EU Connect – and for exhibition/sponsorship at any of the events. With 500–600 conference attendees from across the industry, at each of the conferences, this is THE place to engage with your peers and develop your network. Besides, the discount guarantees up to three conference papers/presentations, giving you the opportunity to collect input and feedback on the topics that are your priority right now. Last but not least, as a PHUSE Supporter, you have priority in hosting and setting the agenda of the Single Day Events (SDEs). The SDEs are brilliant for visibility and enable you to design a full-day agenda with focused inputs and discussions on your topics.
PHUSE Supporters are invited to give input/share thoughts on the direction of both the PHUSE Working Groups and PHUSE Education , thereby influencing two of the important instruments in PHUSE’s work, and maybe even prioritising some of the challenges from your own pond for industry interaction. You will be able to post Innovation Challenges, to influence what is going to be discussed with the FDA in the respective Challenge.
The last of the three categories is advertising, where you as a PHUSE Supporter company are given discounted, or free, access to the PHUSE job listing page for advertising job openings and career opportunities within your company. Your company is listed as a PHUSE Community Supporter on the PHUSE website, with the option of having a dedicated company site for any relevant content you wish to share.
It is important to note that the Supporter benefits are in addition to the PHUSE benefits and engage 800+ peers across the industry working in 38 projects in 7 Working Groups and several educational initiatives. PHUSE Education and the PHUSE Working Groups represent a broad spectrum of the industry roles, therapeutic areas and the different regulatory agencies. Participation in our global PHUSE Community of 10,000+ members gives access to a huge cross-industry/company network paving the way to influence, or closely follow, the direction within the industry, whilst giving employees a chance to develop through engaging in cross-industry leadership opportunities.
